What is an EEO-1 Form?

Diversity Report Required: Do you know the ethnic makeup of your employees?  By law, you might be required to track this information.  September 30th is the deadline for filing the EEO-1 form for companies with 100 or more employees.  The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) uses this information to track diversity stats for your business.

Steps you should take:  If you have not already done so, get this form filed.  The best way is to do so electronically.

Less than 100 employees?  Then you do not have to file this report.
